A different kind of support

Life doesn't stop changing.

Retirement, bereavement, changing health, a loss of confidence or simply spending more time alone can all make everyday life feel different.

My role is never to take over.

It's to walk alongside.

I work with only one or two people at a time, so every relationship has the time and space to grow naturally.

It all begins with a relaxed, no-obligation conversation.

How I help

No two weeks look the same, because no two people do.

Sometimes support means helping someone get out and enjoy life again.

Sometimes it means quietly sitting together over a cup of tea.

Sometimes it simply means knowing someone is there.

Everything I help with

A little about me

I believe life doesn't stop being worth living simply because circumstances change.

Whether that's retirement, bereavement, illness or simply becoming less confident, my role is to help people remain connected to the people, places and routines that matter most.

Before starting this business, I spent over twenty years supporting people through the NHS, social prescribing and community development. Today, I bring that experience into a more personal, relationship-led approach.

Every relationship begins with a conversation.

Valued.

Connected.

Why families choose me

Families aren't simply looking for practical help.

They're looking for someone they can trust.

Someone who is calm, dependable and genuinely enjoys being with people.

Someone who notices the small things.

Someone who communicates openly and thoughtfully.

Someone they feel comfortable inviting into the life of someone they love.

Where I work

Surrey | South West London | Home Counties

I'm based in Epsom and support people across Surrey, South West London and the surrounding Home Counties.

Because I work with only one or two people at a time, finding the right relationship matters far more than the distance between us.

A question people ask first

Are you a care agency or a home care service?

No. I am one person, not an agency, and this is not domiciliary care or medical support. You see me every time, and I take on only one or two people at a time, which is what makes that possible.
